Katie Wells

Katie Wells writes to share her love of living and learning here in Boulder, and to share ideas about how we can all find ways to help ourselves live our most fulfilled lives.

The foothills of a mountain range are traditionally known to attract people with a spiritual focus, and Boulder is certainly known for a thriving and diverse spiritual collective. Katie will be shining a light on some of the communities, teachers, groups, circles and practitioners offering their wonderful work here, and sharing simple little bits of wisdom about how we can all breathe life into our own spiritual journey.

Katie has been working with energy healing and bodywork for 15 years. She is passionate about holistic health and healing, and loves empowering others to find their true strengths and move forward in their lives. You can learn more about her work here at www.lovehealings.net.

Katie can spend hours making herbal tea blends and chai, and she does. You can find out more about hersmall- but-perfectly-formed range here www.loveblends.net, and on Etsy. (It's really good chai.)
Originally from England, Katie travelled and lived in quite a few countries and cultures in childhood, finally arriving here in Boulder County 10 years ago. It's the longest time she has ever been in one place, and she doesn't have plans to leave any time soon! She loves the mountains, the vast expanse of sky, and the amazing communities she has settled into here.

Katie loves to write, and is always happy to know that what she writes can encourage others along the way. She is a lover of all things creative and expressive, and a proud contributor to Rebelle Society http://www.rebellesociety.com/2014/07/29/messages-from-water/, where her words can be shared far and wide.

A partial list of things that bring joy to Katie's life might look like this... growing food and herbs, making magic in the kitchen, mountain-time, being in community, writing, music, dancing, art, swimming, creating, reading, markets, laughing with friends, and spending time with her two amazing children.
