It’s strange to realize that after three years at he University of Colorado Boulder, I have very little knowledge of who Cu’s President is. Up until last semester, I had absolutely no idea who, or what our president’s name even was – and on that note, the only reason I do now is because I worked as a suite attendant in the Presidents suite during football season. Kyle Macintosh: A True Forever Buff

Kyle Macintosh – Best defined as a son, brother, track star, best friend to many and inspiration to all who knew him. During times of heartbreak, it is necessary to match mourning with happy remembrance. After a 13-month battle against cancer, Kyle’s battle ended, but not in desperation; Buffs on the track team continued to remind the CU community of Kyle’s legacy that is marked by happiness, positivity and love. The University of Colorado Boulder, being an international university, enrolls students from across the globe including South Africa, Kuwait, and Australia. Walking from one class to another, it’s commonplace to hear fellow students conversing in different languages. All of this diversity has contributed to CU’s recognition of having a culturally diverse campus.
