Fat Tuesday is getting closer, and Centro Latin Kitchen is starting it’s celebrations this Friday, February 5th. This event is going through till Tuesday, February 9th. This event is an all out Brazilian Carnival. They will be honoring the holiday with Brazilian street food, traditional Brazilian music and a DJ. First Friday has come again, and galleries will be enticing guests with art, music and drinks. Traversing through the art district makes for a beautiful evening. Boulder Nightlife this Weekend January 21-24

For a lesson in etiquette and kicking zombie ass, Chem 140 is having an advanced screening of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies this Thursday at 7:00 pm. This is part of their Council Film Series. Admission is free and so is the popcorn. From 7:30-8:00 pm on Thursday, Boulder Book store is having Gayl Gray’s “Artscape Boulder, CO” talk and book signing.
